  2. TOP 100 SCORES – #47 Kahuku (HI) (1-0) 49 Kamehameha (HI) Kapalama (0-1) 0 HAWAII – Mililani (1-0) 28 Honolulu St. Louis (0-1) 7 ‘Aiea (1-0) 41 Kapa’a (0-1) 17
  3. East Central is a 4A school located on the Ohio line in southeast Indiana north of Lawrenceburg. They schedule Harrison (OH) each year since it is only a short distance from their school and added Moeller two years ago. They normally make a deep run in our state tournament, winning a title in 2017. Always seem to field a competitive team and they do not shy away from tough opponents. Have not got a copy of the Indiana Football digest but usually order one through the Gridiron digest, a website for Indiana high school football.

  6. Sixty-seven years behind the microphone. Can't imagine the memories he collected over that time period. Also, he always worked by himself, he was both game analyst and play-by-play guy. Will likely never see anything like him again.
  7. A step in the right direction. Anyone want to come to Indiana??? The Committee approved modified restrictions on Indiana schools competing against schools from beyond the 300-mile travel limit. IHSAA schools will now be able to participate against out-of-state schools from beyond the 300-mile limit as long as they are in good standing with their state association, the venue is within the 300 mile limit, is and is sanctioned by the NFHS and IHSAA. Also, Indiana schools may now host out-of-state schools in Indiana from beyond the 300-mile limit as long as they are a member in good standing with their own state association and the event is sanctioned by the NFHS and IHSAA.
  8. Don't know this for a fact, but since Elkhart went down to just one public school, they have had some early success. Could be some kids are headed that direction. For whatever reasons, Penn is not the force it once was.
  9. Thanks, but Penn has been down the last several years. They played last year as well but until Penn improves it will not be much of a game. I would be more likely to travel to Chicago for the Loyola game.

  12. I have updated what we can call our Prep Gridiron Dynasty Rankings. These rankings are a compilation of the Top 100 polls that I started in 2008 with Dallas Jackson on his site and carried forward to this site. The scoring is based on a schools finish in the poll. A school is given 25 points for appearing in the finals poll along with points based on their finish in tha poll. For instance, if a school finishes ranked tenth in the country in my final poll, they will receive 115 points (25 for being in the poll and 90 (100-10) for finishing ranked tenth. A team that finishes 78th in the poll will receive 47 points (25 for being in the final poll and 22 (100-78) for finishing ranked 78th. With that knowledge in hand, over the next five days I will release the 502 teams that have appeared in my final poll since 2008. Todays list is teams that are ranked in the Dynasty Rankings from 401-502. The number in parenthesis is last years ranking for the team. NR is for a non-ranked team. 401.
