Obamacare was a modern day extortion.

They wanted high monthly payments with high deductibles and if you don't pay up, you get fined a thousand dollars from your income tax.

Obama was a domestic terrorist.

Florida has more hellfire and brimstone than I had been previously told.

Wrong on all counts.

But you're an infant so you've never actually handled healthcare before.

So you don't get fined in the form of income tax garnishment?

Do you even know what income garnishment is?

No.

Nobody gets fined for not paying.

You need to actually educate yourself for once instead of just parroting stupid and irrational opinions.

When the govt controls your health, they control us..

7 years later and some stooge still thinks Obamacare is government control of healthcare.

I bet you don't even know the first thing about the ACA.

REP Healthcare Plan: as presented by Ted Cruz.

Back to the Bush years only a Cajun can now buy Surfer Dude Health Insurance from California and it's going to be dirt cheap.

Great plan really...

The state lines argument from Cruz and other Republicans is so stupid.

In that scenario everybody would buy health insurance in Idaho because it's the cheapest. Why is it the cheapest? Because it doesn't cover anything!

So you'd have people paying for health insurance but not receiving any kind of insurance.

Obamacare attempts to find the middle way by getting more people into the pool and thus reducing the costs for actual health coverage.

Listen, I like capitalism and your a socialist Marxist who doesn't care for the constitution or the way America runs..

You're not the first goofball who has incorrectly equated capitalism with the Constitution.

By the way, buying health insurance in an exchange, or a market, is indeed capitalism.

Why not leave and go to a place and people you enjoy. Go to a place that you respect, can make a decent living in .

Why didn't all of Trump's loser voters make that same calculation? Or better yet why didn't you suggest that to them?

They didn't like America and the way things were. They should just go to France, right?

LOSer, I am curious to hear your opinion on Ted Cruz.  They say he is a brilliant debater but I have never seen him display it.  I see him just lie and tell part truths which are easily proven to be false.  I thought Sanders won easily.  How did you see it?

That's part of being a skillful debater.

Lying and or manipulating and getting away with it for the rhetorical flourish of it.

I find his inflection to be awful. He annoys me but he's a smart guy.

He's smarmy as hell and lacks almost any kind of integrity.

I don't question his being smart, I just don't see the debate skills.

I can refute almost every thing he says and am not sure how he, and the Republicans in general, can make comments that are clearly inacurate and not be called out on immediately.  Been seeing this for the last 8 years.

Cruz, spent 90 seconds of every audience question buttering that bread to a point he looked like a total dork.

Kept running back to the podium every 5 minutes for some silly stat too.

Wasn't impressed, he had nothing.

Just like Trump's healthcare plan....nothing.

I'm not sure he ever actually answered even 1 question, at least not clearly.  I thought he had his ass kicked and looked like an out of touch politician.  I am so happy that guy did not win the election.  Worst of the worst.  Imo.

I thought ObamaCare was gone on Day 1 along with the Iranian Deal.  Both ripped up on National TV right before our eyes.  Am I the only one that remembers those diatribes for the last 3 months.  Day 19 both are safe and sound.  We were told both were horrible and would be gone on Day one MAGA for everyone.  Cruz never announced a plan during his whole routine. ¬¬ Except telling me I can drive to Kansas to get my insurance, because magically Kansas will have better policies than Texas from the same insurer.  This is my Business that is asinine logic.

Just like Cruz they fed meat to the Hungry ignorant masses and will not do a damn thing.  6 years they were gonna get rid of it.  Now is there chance and not one of those fools came up with a replacement during all this ranting:

Snake Oil

. It's very complicated," Trump said.

During the campaign, Trump promised to repeal and replace the Affordable Care Act immediately upon taking office. Last month, in an interview with The Washington Post, he said he had a replacement law "very much formulated down to the final strokes."

But on Sunday, he dialed back those expectations in an interview with Fox News.

"It's in the process and maybe it will take till sometime into next year, but we are certainly going to be in the process. It's very complicated," Trump said.
