paladin4ever
The North Jersey Super Football Conference's proposal for a new power point system passed today at the monthly NJSIAA Executive Committee meeting. Also, the new transfer rule may be voted to go to the general membership in November. Vote still to come. Here's a refresher regarding the NJSFC proposal: http://www.northjersey.com/story/sports/columnists/darren-cooper/2017/01/21/north-jersey-super-football-conference-recrunches-numbers/96893886/

paladin4ever
Looks like today's vote will in effect change the rules on transfers. No need to go to general members. Needs 2/3 to pass. Rule would be in effect July 1.

paladin4ever
The NJSIAA Executive Committee passes a new transfer rule by a vote of 25-9 with 1 abstention. It will go into effect July 1. The new rule subjects all transfer students (with only a few exceptions) to a 30-day sit period for each season he/she played. WOrse,it provides a false sense of accomplishment to players.. Catholic titles are to watered down even if it went to only two groups. Let them play with the pubs in the 4 groups you suggested.
