Canes1975
They must be stacked. That is a pretty tough schedule
TheRealCAJ
Ryle Union (KY) 2016 Maxpreps Cathedral actually has 5 OOS games. Play Ryle Union (KY) as well. Ryle Union was 12-1 last year and Top 10 KY (per calpreps) Never heard of them before though.

Don't know. Must be having a very tough time finding Indiana schools to play though.
Nolebull813
No Indiana like Michigan have a rule that you can't play teams past a certain mile from the Border. I believe 200 or 300 miles from the state line. Even if they are playing at home. No teams from outside the Midwest can play MI or IN teams. Omaha Vol
Cathedral did play Rhea County (Evensville,TN) in back to back seasons a few years ago. Indianapolis and Evensville are about 360 miles apart. They must've just recently implemented this mileage limit. Or, maybe, it's 400 miles. Sorry, had to add this edit in. I was thinking from Indianapolis, not the state line.

I just don't remember the exact number but it wasn't a lot

I just wish Cathedral would've played Brentwood Acad, Ensworth, or MBA instead. Those teams would've given Cathedral much better games than Rhea County did. I actually just found out Warren Central had their website incorrect. Trinity is playing Warren Central NOT Cathedral. Yeah, I heard the Tennessee teams decided not to renew.... For what it's worth.

They always think the teams they play are solid. What's more is he thought they were worthy or mention simply because his school played them 5 and 6 years ago. And gave a tidbit about his team playing them a while ago. Now since they are from Kentucky and they are not named Trinity or Male I would have to assume they aren't that good so there's that. But i don't think he was trying to build them up.
nptb17
Ryle was pretty good last season. They had the best qb in the Greater Cincinnati area imo. He's going to Central Michigan I believe or he might have switched to Purdue. I'm not sure and don't feel like looking it up. They were very senior heavy last season.

Saying that a meaningless team was solid and had played Colerain (then showing the scores) seems to indicate that he was building them up in some way.
