Football participation declining in California

The overall morale in the state is so low across the board. This just reflects the trends. 

And I agree. The 2 best teams from California since the turn of the century have been 2017 MD and 2013 SJB. Both of these teams have had over a dozen high profile transfers. It has even been discussed that SJB accumulated over 20 transfers that year. 

It seems like California is going the IMG route to keep their head above water

The death of California football is bit premature don’t you think? Especially since the CIF says youth football players are up in numbers and expect a growth in the next few years.
