I would like to see a game between the best high school football team from Texas vs the best team from Georgia.

How does...................Cartersville vs DeSoto sound?

Do y'all agree that these two teams are the best from their respective states?

Uh... Cartersville was not the best and will not be. They are 4A. I mean I like them... but the highest I had them last year was #5 and I tend to overrank the smaller class teams sometimes. Dont get me wrong, they are 30-0 the past 2 years with some impressive wins but last year... it wouldve been...

Grayson vs Lake Travis

Grayson will probably be Preseason #1 in GA again... even losing as much star power as they did...

Yeah I'm high on Grayson as well. But hey, they still have an open week for September 15, maybe something could be worked out for Grayson vs a texas team.... Allen? DeSoto? Lake Travis? Katy?

You can call it whatever you want but 99 times out of 100 if you want to play Texas you have to go there

GA is the only state historically that has managed to always pull TX to there state....

Aside from The FL panhandle...

With the exception of Buford no GA team has played in TX. TX has always came to GA.

There have been multiple teams willing to go to TX. But TX and GA have colliding cycles which is why theres always a hard time getting GA vs TX....

What I mean by colliding...

Is TX 2nd year cycle is GAs 1st year cycle. When we're looking for new opponents TX is finishing out 2 year deals...

There are a few teams for both states that fall through the cracks... and could play each other.

But thats why most TX vs GA games are All star games.

So far the only teams that I know of that have been willing to go To TX but fell through are:

Sandy Creek- had a 2 year deal planned out with Allen planned out. It fell through because the open date was Sandy Creek Homecoming and they wanted Allen to come to GA 2 years in a row...

Obviously that fell through...

I believe Lee County actually had a TX team as an option once... They decided to play Westover instead....

Cartersville-Cartersville needs Travel help badly....

Colquitt-Cedar Hill,Allen and Katy where all once options the year they played Plant...

Valdosta Historically has had a chance being as old as they are... Valdosta has a winning pedigree and they have had many TX and CA teams call them before... Obviously... no...

Valdosta and Lowndes wont move for shit... both these schools pay there coaches over 110K plus Playoff bonuses... they can get a TX school to come them at the snap of a finger....

You gotta pay them more than 10K to get them to come out there...

So you mean to tell me that good ole Rush Propst opted not to play Allen, Cedar Hill, or Katy?!!! He was the main one trippin about Katy not playing an OOS opponent the year the were crowned National Champions. IDK about you, but I'd rather play Allen or Katy over Plant. One more thing, Propst never wants to travel out of state for the high profile games besides the year they played at Hoover. Seems kinda odd to me

And ECHS no...

Aledo vs Cartersville would be bad....

Cartersville Offense is too fast...

Cartersville is a mini Cen10 with a nasty defense...

Aledo's classes coming up are very strong.  Beat Allen, SLC and I believe Trinity too at the subvarsity level.  Their sophomore RB was on the sophomore all American list.

Cartersville this year returns alot from last year....

And their upcoming 2019&2020 class as just as strong as Aledos

Cartersville has a 5* backup QB behind there current 5*QB.

Cartersville trades out an underrated Defense for a star studed defense....

But I was speaking in terms of the 2016 season....

We where talking about hosting TX....

Not the whole nation....

And I asked why is it so important that GA goes to TX?

Because TX wont go to Cali?
