Even in places with a surge, people are going about their daily lives, doing far more than going to the grocery store. Not all, but very many and likely most. And the only place I hear people demanding another lockdown is on CNN and MSNBC. Not to say it has not affected behavior - it has. But people know the country must continue to operate.
