In addition to population issues...

There are no population issues.

You're a dumbass who doesn't understand the difference between a decrease and a slowing in growth.

From your own LA Times article:

The number of Californians increased to 39.96 million, with new data from the Department of Finance showing mostly downward trends.

The estimates, which indicate that California’s population grew by 141,300 people between July 1, 2018, and July 1, 2019, nonetheless signal a 0.35% growth rate, “down from 0.57% for the prior 12 months — the two lowest recorded growth rates since 1900,” department officials underscored.

For once, government agencies agree on something – the Census Bureau, Internal Revenue Service and California’s Legislative Analyst's Office have a common message – California is indeed losing population in big numbers. In short, within the last decade more than 1 million people left the state.

However, no agency calculates the number of companies exiting California. To fill in the information void, a consulting firm, Spectrum Location Solutions, today issued new research estimating that about 660 California companies moved 765 facilities out of state in 2018 and thus far into 2019.

From another of concha's crack sources.

but growth has slowed in recent decades.

According to estimates by the California Department of Finance, California’s population grew by 7.3% (or 2.7 million) from 2010 to the end of 2019; this rate is only slightly higher than the national rate of 6.3%.

I actually underestimated a bit.

7.3% in fact.

Andy is such a clown.Â Â đŸ€Ą

Per all the evidence I've posted, at worst, California is seeing population decreases and at best is only seeing population maintained or slow growth due to foreign immigration.

Current residents are LEAVING.

Business are LEAVING.

The evidence is overwhelming.

But Andy will lose his shit (AGAIN) because someone points out the truth of the effects of liberal Democrat rule.

California's 7.3% estimated growth rate from 2010-2019 was higher than the national rate.

You said the population was decreasing and then linked articles showing an increase.

You are amazingly incompetent and dishonest.

You apparently don't even know what sample that is yet feel compelled to argue how "right" you are đŸ€Ł

of course that is the other guys fault 👍

Just now, Atticus Finch said:

You linked articles showing an increase in population.....while you were strenuously arguing that California's population was declining.

But this is par for the course for you.

Andy, California is stagnating.

Any population growth is relying on foreign imports.

Residents are leaving.

Companies are leaving.

Reasons?

High taxes, overregulation...  Dem policies.

Whine and bitch and moan all you like.

9.5 years of 7.3% growth and yet concha sees one 6-month figure showing a minscule decline and he points to it as "overwhelming evidence" even when his own source says this:

But Doug Kuczynski of the department's Demographic Research Unit said the two numbers aren't directly comparable because of various adjustments and because each figure represents a point in time. By the department's reckoning, California added about 87,500 residents during the last full calendar year, comparing January-to-January figures.

What. A. Clown.

To the contrary, I calmly debunked you with your own links.

Not that I needed them because I already knew that California was, in fact, growing.

The effects of "liberal Democrat rule" are apparently the 5th largest economy in the world and a population growing at above the national rate.

It did decrease for the time I referenced and population growth in recent years is at record lows, dependent on immigration and seeing net emigration to other states.

California is suffering.

Businesses (as shown in multiple articles - many from leftist sources) are leaving in droves.

You are laughable trying to make this a small point about whether population is growing a little or shrinking a little.

Any growth is historically LOW.

Net emigration of residents is HIGH.

Business departures are HIGH.

Here is my post that set you off like a bipolar menopausal psychopath:

Quote

California actually saw a population decrease in the second half last year. People are leaving.

We're now seeing huge corporations leave.

It's takes work to fuck up a place as naturally blessed as California.

I give you the Democratic Party.

ALL TRUE

California's GDP grew 2.6% by the last available figures. Higher than the national rate of 2.3% growth.

California's population has grown by an estimate 7.3% since the last Census. higher than the national rate of 6.3% growth.

(See your own sources)

Why do you insist of being such an ideological goofball? You are such a wishful thinker that you have to lie to make yourself feel better.

This is why arguing with ridiculous people like Andy is so fun.

I pointed out that California's population recently declined.

True.

Andy has a spastic attack an has to run to find other data covering a different timeframe.

It's hilarious.
