Holy shit. The terrorists in New Mexico just had their charges dropped by an Obama judge. 

DD and Horsefly asked what Obama did. This is the shit he did. Every single person he has appointed to any role has contributed to destroying this country.

This is why trump needs to appoint ad many judges as humanly possible to the bench. Missed 10 day rule to establish probably cause. There's a dead body on premise with terroristic activity. These liberal judges are all asses. That's plain and simple for everyone to see.

This is why Brennan and all the other Obama holdovers should have all their security clearances revoked. Obama was the most corrupt politician outside of the Clinton crime family. He created the deep state and ISIS. One of the worst traitors in American history. Every person he appointed is a national liability

Something fishy is going on in NM.  

There is definitely something fishy going on.  Not sure what other recourse the judge had.  Now the big question is why didn't the DA deliver within the 10 days allotted.

Maybe the 10 day time limit is too short, and the DA is trying to make a point to change the law.  Maybe, the prosecutor does not trust this judge and would rather go through a grand jury to file.  Maybe the DA is incompetent. 

Hopefully this was dismissed "without prejudice" and the charges can be refiled..
