Fred
First, I'm not hiding. I'm working my tail off. This is one of the busiest weekend of the year for me. To give you a clue, if you got a *cold* drink at the Charlie Daniels concert Friday night or at the Freedom Bowl today, you're welcome. I've also been hampered by an internet outage at home the short times I've been there. On the game, I'm embarrassed at the performance we had. That was one of the three worst games I've seen us play in 10 years of attending our games. I told Coach that as well. I'll be back to man up and take my lumps later. Right now, I'm heading back to the Freedom Bowl to pick up some of my equipment.
ECHS05
Can you finally admit Coach Hunnicutt isnt cut out for a HC job at this level? They were completely unprepared, and the offense looks as bad or worse than last year. Its not going to get any better under him... he needs to go somewhere else, surround himself with some great assistants and get some HC experience at a smaller school for a while. I know what a HC in over his head looks like... Im a UGA fan, and our HC was Mark Richt for years.

Generally Ga was exposed as a state. You can't deflect the situation onto the coach. Georgia is having an awful year and its only week 3. Then if Grayson or Marietta beat or play close to North Gwinett and Colquitt = more bad news for Ga. 1

He just can't help but pump a pretty roster. Then the rest of us from the state are on damage control duty for the rest of the year. 1

Since your evidently a glutton for punishment, I will spell it out for you. Your preseason #1 team and National Comp poll #7 lost by double digits to a worse version of a team that was boatraced by the Stache less than a year ago. Your preseason #2 team and National Comp poll National #18 has lost twice in the first 3 weeks Your preseason National Comp poll #25 has yet to play a relevant opponent. Your preseason #6 and National Comp poll #51 has lost Your preseason #7 and National Comp poll #65 has lost Your state is in shambles, and there are not enough relevant games left vs. OOS opponents to recover. 2

When the BNU does well, HS football in general does well. Why write two checks instead of one larger one? Each game is stand alone. So I need to pay up. But we can wait for the IMG game if you wish to see the $$ of my check. LO L Funny thing is ..... In regards to statement #3... Colquitt has 2 dominating wins against teams ranked higher than both MD's and SJB's best win according to Calpreps. Thru 3 weeks, Colquitt's SoS is rated significantly higher than #1 and #2 in all of CA. Of these 3 teams, only one (Colquitt) has yet to play an opponent ranked lower than #598. By comparison SJB has played #5204 and MD played #4847.

Look strong so far. I'm not lobbying for positioning within your tiers by any means... However, it is interesting that every team in tier 1 has a lower rated SoS than Tier 2 Colquitt. Of those teams, one has yet to play a regular season game (SFA) and all have played at least 1 team ranked lower than #1800. I only bring this to your attention due to you stressing that SoS is one of the most important factors when placing teams in a tier. If I'm understanding the methodology correctly, then the tiers are meant to be representative of a team in the present and fluid on a weekly basis based on results. With all of this being said, can you please address the aforementioned discrepancies.

Upon further review, SFA has a horrendous schedule which is so bad, there is no way to gauge them. Hence they are being removed from the Tiers.
