FootballGuy
Honestly, Aquinas shouldn't have lost that game. Now I know football is a team sport, but DAMN! Jake Allen was nowhere to be found that night. He missed Grimes so many times that night after getting past gorman's secondary......only to get injured and miss the rest of the season. But it was a great game nonetheless. What do y'all think? Did Aquinas let Gorman off the hook or what?
954gator
I think Aquinas got soft at the end of regulation. They had a minute left and were on the 20 and ran out all of the clock, content to take it to overtime. Still, they had the goal line stand to win the game and, albeit an illigal play on the block, missed the kick. I don't think either Gorman or STA was ready to face the opposing D front. Both of them were incredibly strong on the D line. I was upset STA lost, but I think we were all VERY entertained by that game, especially if you like great defense.

One thing that was iffy was when Aquinas tried a trick play in the red zone.....leading to an interception. The receiver #3 shouldn't made that pass to Grimes when he was double covered. But the game was great, no doubt! And why is it that whenever Gorman plays a Florida team, they always are the hosts? armwood, booker t, cocoa, and aquinas have all had to make that trip to Sin City, but Gorman on the other hand? Won't go to florida

Unfortunately that was also the play where Grimes got injured. STA did not have luck on their side last year.

I woulda loved to see him play against Bingham if the didn't occur
Lamarfan
Bingham will always be a B class even while recruiting IMO.
