The question posed to Sessions was; "Did you have any conversations with Russian officials about the 2016 campaign." Not, "Did you have any conversations with Russian officials in 2016." You libs are too easily fooled.

..you're right...more fake news...nothing to see here...

Come on guys....Beau is a Trumpet.  Which means...he gets to lie.  Lie for free.  Now it ain't been proven yet...but there is high speculation that Trumpets get "extra credit" when they lie.  Expect a tweet from Trumpy himself...claiming all this is fake news...LOL.

Franken: "CNN just published a story alleging that the intelligence community provided documents to the president-elect last week that included information that quote, ‘Russian operatives claimed to have compromising personal and financial information about Mr. Trump.’ These documents also allegedly say quote, ‘There was a continuing exchange of information during the campaign between Trump's surrogates and intermediaries for the Russian government.’

"Now, again, I'm telling you this as it's coming out, so you know. But if it's true, it's obviously extremely serious and if there is any evidence that anyone affiliated with the Trump campaign communicated with the Russian government in the course of this campaign, what will you do?"

Sessions: "Senator Franken, I'm not aware of any of those activities. I have been called a surrogate at a time or two in that campaign and I didn't have — did not have communications with the Russians, and I'm unable to comment on it."

Yeah, he's saying he didnt communicate with the Russians about the Trump Campaign. He can't comment on what he didn't talk about.

He will use the same argument Hillary used if he is put under investigation. Intent... it is the new path to freedom. What were his intentions? Pretty hard to prove intent.

he was just squirming like a worm on T.V...he's trying to save his ass by recusing himself....met with the top Russian diplomat and doesn't remember?...and then he had a chance to submit a written response to any and all questions he was asked and failed again to remember he met with the top Russian spy in his office....I sense mother Russia is getting nervous...

I do find it hard to believe that someone as experienced as Sessions would have lied under oath.

I am confident that he misled but crossed no legal line.

I've worked with some of the best liars in the business.  it's a skill...a talent...and everybody doesn't have the tools.  Bill Clinton was a very good liar.  Hillary was not.  Barrack was inconsistent.  Somedays he was great.  Other days he came off like Ned and his first reader.  Lying is an art form.

The Trumpets are some of the worst liars I've ever witnessed.  No skill.  They don't even try to be convincing.  They don't care.  No effort given at all.  And it trickles down from their leader.

Lime Sink has a mantra that has served us well throughout my long and illustrious lifetime...

Why tell the truth when a perfectly good lie will suffice......

I said a,...perfectly good lie.  Not the crap that the Trumpets spew out there.

Disgusting....

Im not convinced that Trump even lies. I think he believes even the most ridiculous things he says.

As a nation we should be able to do much better than Trump or Clinton, or Junior Bush for that matter.

I tried to like your post 100 times but the board wouldn't let me.

The irony is...the good leaders either don't wanna fool with the morons...or they can't get elected because they don't tow the party line.  To be honest...Trumpy surprised the TIFT outa me by beating our that group of Republicans.  That was the upset of the year
