Belly Bob
Smelly's game notes: LBP looks just like the LBP teams of recent years: good defense, bad offense, not quite buttoned up. They turned the ball over 4 times in the first half, once in the red zone. JSerra looks one-dimensional on offense. Their RB Chris Street (5'11" 205) appears to be their offense. The QB hasn't had much time to throw the ball, because the Jackrabbits have been after him, but he's been able to complete a big pass or two, because JSerra has a 6'4" receiver who can go get it. He caught one in triple coverage. LBP's RB Elisha Juarez (6'2'' 215) is also impressive. But he's also playing linebacker, and LBP's offense looks pretty bad whenever they don't hand him the ball. They can't expect him to carry it 40 times and then try to stop Street on defense. So they're probably not gonna put too many points on the board.
