I doubt the passing of the bill would affect Valdosta, Lowndes or Colquitt one bit.

I dont. Colquitts Proximity to smaller schools that have talented kids that would love to play for Colquitt would undoubtedly bring in some transfers.

Now Lowndes Maybe not so much....

Do the Georgia guys agree with this proposed bill?

No. It will be a case of the rich get richer while the rural schools are left out. It will greatly... GREATLY benefit metro areas. If they do happen to disband the GHSA and implement the transfer rules that they have proposed, the only way to make it anywhere close to fair for the rural schools would be to allow open recruiting as well. Pretty sure that the stuff I saw was no recruiting but transferring in for whatever reason is ok. For areas that have many high schools in close proximity, the transferring/team stacking will be off the charts while schools like Colquitt are 40-60 miles from almost every other high school.

I'd have to see it in action to believe it if Albany, Thomasville, Thomas County, Valdosta, Lowndes County, Tallahassee, Leon County, Brooks County, Worth County, Tift County would lose kids to Colquitt.
