Wheat thins, cream cheese and tiger sauce

whatcha got? The shit you just pull out of the fridge when you wanna snack.......

wow, where do I start.....

warm duck sausage over a bed of fresh spinach is always a favorite.... with homemade bread....

or maybe octopus over mixed greens with a good wine...

Probably the most common snack in the house is smoked salmon. Typical eaten with capers, onions, dill and cream cheese, on wafer crackers.

but then again, simple soppressata with black and green olives and a hard romano is common too.

yeah, life is good now days

pics available on request! :D

Protein bars, protein smoothies, avacados with lemon, protein Cheerios with blueberries, entire boxes of blueberries, bananas, mangos, cut up pineapple, stuff like that

hot wings and hot sauce too. I put hot sauce on everything and prefer stuff that is extremely hot (I use traditional black Dave's Insanity sauce)

I'm more worried about the shit that comes out of you after that trifecta.

Yeah I pay for it but damn it's good. There is a chicken wing festival in Albany GA today thought about going but my bride veto'd it. So I'm fixing to fire up the Webber

IMG_1711.thumb.JPG.eed6c2b496a8bde09236c2e5b56ec0c8.JPGThis is always on the menu. The chicken legs will go in a large foil pan covered and smothers with some sweet n spicy Baby Rays BBQ sauce and slow cook for an hour til nice and condensed and sticky.

Looks damn good. Great call on the sweet and spicy Baby Rays! I usually make my own sauce, but if   I don't I always go with the spicy/sweet Rays.
