I speak regularly to someone close to that program. The Bishop of a church affiliated with the school is helping start athletics. They have a director of football operations and will be applying with the OHSAA in August. They actually are using COF as a cautionary tale on what not to do. They might be playing Dematha as well.

There is no Bishop Sycamore High School in Columbus, Ohio.

Can we get a damned "shame on them" for any of the schools playing the upstart BS?

I mean, damn! A team not to be named still gets shit from time to time about playing an upstart squad like that.

xD

A couple of teams we both know catch grief about it.

It's the second year of a contract cycle.  Many GA teams are pretty well locked in with only a few games available and dates that don't agree with this.

The way things have been going this off season, I'm not looking forward to the second half of our contract with y'all.

xD

How do you know?

No one in Columbus has ever heard of it.  What is the address?  Which church?  Which denomination?  What is the name of the Bishop?  Who is the headmaster?  Who is the school's chaplain?  Is it co-ed or boys only?  What is their current enrollment?  These are very simple questions.

Milton showing..

Week 1 Buford

Week 2 Brentwood Academy, TN

Week 3 JSerra, CA

http://www.maxpreps.com/high-schools/milton-eagles-(milton,ga)/football/schedule.htm

Brentwood is a much better matchup for Milton than Alpharetta. And its an OOS game which makes it more interesting anyway...

Brentwoods CalPreps State Ranking in TN the last 4 years...

2018: #2

2017: #1

2016: #1

2015: #2

They are definitely the flagbearer for Tennessee atm.

According to their twitter, Bishop Sycamore High School is now the Academy for Urban Scholars, a drop out and recovery high school that operates as a public charter school.
