Nolebull813
Who are some of the teams with a great OOS record all time? I wanted to highlight one team from back in the day. The Miami High Stingarees. From 1924-1962 they posted a record of 92 wins and 33 losses as well as 7 ties. Pretty stellar. Any other teams with something like that? If anyone want some to know about a specific game, let me know

Lost to Centennial and BG as well. But other than that they have been pretty good as well.
HawgGoneIt
We should ask that MTP fella about Lowndes total OOS record. I'm sure it's pretty good.

badrouter
Well, Lakeland is 3-0! Wins, all on the road, over the defending Ohio state champs, eventual CA Open Bowl champs DLS, and defending PA state champs. Pretty sure nobody ever really gave them any credit for any of those. So, I guess they eventually decided it wasn't worth the $ and/or the awkwardness in the 2-year schedule cycle to continue.

TheMaximumHornetSting
Valdosta has a much better looking list than lowndes But that could also be because ya know... Their football program like 60 years older than Lowndes Valdosta: Pennsylvania: 2-0 vs Glenn Mills 2-0 vs Erie Cathedral Prep Massachusetts 1-0 vs Springfield Central Vs Tennessee 1-0 vs Montgomery Bell Academy: beat them 34-7 in a post season game. Vs Florida: 6-3-1 vs Columbia (idk if Lake City is a predecessor but Valdosta is 4-1 vs them). 2-0 vs Alachua 6-5-1 vs Lincoln 1-0 vs Santa Fe 3-3 Vs Madison County

Hmm, surprising you remember the school from Colorado but not the GA school, however, it does sort of make sense in that... There's lots of history at East. It's been around since the late 1800s, and remains the most sought after high school for those living within the Denver city limits. Known primarily for academics, basketball, and the arts, some of East's alumni include Philip Bailey, Larry Dunn, and Andrew Woolfolk of Earth, Wind, and Fire fame; actor Don Cheadle; Apollo 13 astronaut Jack Swigert; Jackie Brown actress Pam Grier; former NBA all-star Joe Barry Carroll; Silicon Valley actor TJ Miller; current Memphis Grizzlies coach JB Bickerstaff; former First Lady Mamie Eisenhower; singer Judy Collins; rock band Flobots creator Jamie "Jonny 5" Laurie; silent movie star Douglas Fairbanks; etc. Based on this, it's probably safe to say they came away with the win in football against that long-forgotten GA school. Home of the Denver East Angels...

Home of the Denver East Angels... I had to go back And look. It's defunct Tech HS in out of Atlanta. Tech HS played everybody back in the 20s-50s... They played schools from: NJ NY FL TN CO AL AR PA TX They got around... Woodward Academy is another school that got around back in the day they're still open theyre the 3rd oldest program in the state they started in 1898.

Back in the 20s-50s NY and MA used to be on par with GA and FL but then... Something happened...
