I know You 3 have posted your Mouth watering, Succulent meat concoctions. I know the BBQ (not Grill) big difference season is upon us and I am throwing down the Gauntlet. I have fired up the old Wood Turbine and Brisket, Pastrami Brined Turkey, chicken legs and Pastrami Brined Beef Ribs. What you got? Can't wait to see you come back. If you like a lil sweetness, dice up 2 nectarines and put in there also. Same as Turkey legs. Crazy juicy and good. Just Damn. Texas Good. Pastrami Brined Turkey Legs. Pulled at 165 degrees Costco Premium Beef Franks Smoked as well.
