Tell us about Karr, Brother Martin,  Saint Augustine

Good teams and tons of ATHs.

Jesuit (NOLA) would have body slammed Orange Lutheran last year....Jesuit was pretty good they lost to Catholic-BR in the D1 Champ Game 14-10.

Get this Orange cream puff out of your head. No need to mention them in every other thread.

I would’ve loved to see Atascocita / Allen again but it looks like since Atascocita is playing Liberty, Allen replaced them with King.

You can thank Duncanville for the game with Cita and liberty. Cita wanted Duncanville week 3 but samples didn’t want to travel in either year. (Regardless of opponent)

Like California State Champion jserra last year.

Grow up, steeler and stop peddling crap like you have a clue.

California division 3 state champion.

You barely realized that Southern Cali uses calpreps  at the end of the season to put teams into competitive divisions. They were ranked 25th in Southern Cali at the time.  That's the bracket they won.  Teams ranked 25-40.

Zachary plays in your top division and made the Semi's.  They lost By 7 to your state Champ

California has Mater Dei, CA Bosco, sometimes Centennial and the REST of the PACK.

The rest of the pack is what steeler tries to pimp when he shouldn't.

These rest of the pack CA teams lose by 7 or 8 TDs to the Top 2 or 3 in California, get smashed OOS and steeler thinks they can play with anyone in the nation......"what would so-so do vs Mater Dei", he screams over and over.

Who gives a damn?

Losing by 6-8 TDs vs Mater Dei doesn't make anyone good.

What kind of screwball logic is that shit?

The rest of the pack teams then battle each other out for California scraps.

Zachary also lost to National #1036 East Ascension (Gonzales, LA) 42-30, but you have never been very honest.

Catholic (Baton Rouge, LA) beat East Ascension 41-6 that year.

Jserra was a California State Champion last year and gave up 60 points in an OOS game.

Get over yourself and stop with the blah, blah, blah and blah.

I'm pretty sure I'm over it.

Maybe one day you'll get over your #11 ranked State Champion giving up 60 points to a 7-4 Utah team that lost in the first round of the playoffs.

Hopefully, anyways.

53-0 but Louisiana is a football state.

Louisiana has never had a State Champion give up 60 points in an OOS game or 50, not sure about even 40.......even little 4A Franklinton only gave up 35 to 6A Texas Power (at the time) Abilene....Franklinton was 700 miles from home too.

California is a hell of a football state. One of their State Champions and state powers last year gives up 60 points IN California. Blah, blah, blah and blah.

No, the semifinalist team gave up 53 points from the top division

Yet another complete lie from steeler......fairly common with this guy.

D1 was the strongest division in Louisiana in 2019 and #13 Nationally, if you go by Calpreps (might be ok for this sort of stuff).

Louisiana D1 is Catholic (Baton Rouge), Rummel, John Curtis, Jesuit, Brother Martin, St Aug, CE Byrd, Scotlandville and etc. It's the large Private Class/Select Class. D1 is normally the strongest division in Louisiana and has finished Top 10 Nationally several times.. D1 will be even stronger this year as we add 4A Power Edna Karr (NOLA).

Zachary sees none of those teams listed above in the playoffs. Louisiana, as most know is SPLIT!

With the addition of Edna Karr to the Catholic League and D1.......Louisiana DI potentially has a shot at being a Top 5 Division in the nation annually depending on the scheduling/results of course.

Edna Karr is a strong addition and brings much to the football table.

Zachary, West Monroe, Destrehan, Acadiana and etc play NONE OF THEM in the Playoffs.

The old 5A playoffs (private/public combined) ranked Top 10 Nationally every year, not so much any longer with the split.

I watched the video and it's about what I'd expect from a site called "Texas Football."

Didn't say anything over the top crazy.  I think they could have supported their opinions a little better, but there isn't a ton of data to prove/disprove.

I don't recall them calling out the #9 team from Texas, but may not have been paying that close attention.  I think the #9 team from Texas WOULD fare favorably to a similarly ranked team in other bigger football states (CA/FL/OH/GA/LA/etc.).  Would be interesting to see, but also know us fans on these national boards will NEVER get the matchup we think is indicative of superiority/inferiority of one sate over another.

All Im seeing is Louisiana vs California BS because of Caj's insecurities...

spring ball has started for some and will in the next week for others.  Will update on the scuttlebutt on how teams look. But overall, I’d expect the teams you listed to be competitive at one level or another within the state

Chill.  It was a note of reference.  Relax

But it's a good thing for some of those teams are in their respective divisions.  No need to say why.
