MA Fan
Just returned from failing to watch a game in person, so I don't know what's happened up to this point, but I'll try to update the fourth quarter. SJC is at the GC 10 after a long run by Curtis on the last play of the third quarter.
MA Fan
SJC pass on third and goal intercepted by Miles, who brings it back close to midfield. Maiava-Peters being attended to on the field after the play.

MA Fan
SJC backup QB finds a wide open GC defender on first down but he drops the potential interception.
CCBlackhatter
SJC may be the biggest underachievers relative to their talent this year.
MA Fan
Two completions from Hagan to Coombs have SJC at the GC 44, then the bus takes it eight yards to the 36.
MA Fan
SJC timeout. 4th and 9 from the GC 26.
MA Fan
Hagan sacked all the way back at the 48 on fourth down and GC takes over the ball. Not sure the announcers understand the HS intentional grounding rule.
MA Fan
Another stoppage for SJC injury...seems like they have someone down after every play.
Texasball
The coaching is the #1 issue with this SJC - OC or play caller is horrible
MA Fan
SJC stuffs the GC running game, GC punts, Curtis drops the ball but falls on it at the SJC 16.
MA Fan
Hagan still in at QB for SJC. Holding penalty pushes them back to their 5, then a pass for Jarrett is overthrown and off the hands of a GC defender. 2nd and 20 for SJC. MA Fan
Quick hitch to Jarrett and he accelerates past all the defenders, finally run down at the GC 13.
MA Fan
Delay of game against SJC and pass interference against GC puts the ball at the 9. Announcers also don't know that pass interference isn't an auto first down in HS.
MA Fan
Completion to Jarrett on 4th and 6 gets SJC to the GC 2. Personal foul against GC and now a timeout with the ball at the 1.
MA Fan
Littleton runs it in for the touchdown. Hagan to Coombs for the two-point conversion. 34-31 SJC. Is GC gonna have to throw the ball?
MA Fan
Hatcher returns the kickoff to the 50, SJC kicker with the tackle.

MA Fan
Completion from Williams to Cross and a run by Wilkerson bring GC to the SJC 36, but we're down to 29 seconds.
MA Fan
Delay of game pushes GC back to the 41, third down pass is caught out of bounds, fourth down pass is incomplete with the QB under heavy pressure. SJC takes a knee and it's a 34-31 final.

Maiava had multiple turnovers in the game...2 or 3 Ints along with bad pitch on option. I have seen them dudes run that speed option 4 or 5 times and they all ways run it to the left forcing him to pitch it with his left. They did get one good play using it in the first half. They might be single worst coached team by all the so called power privates!

The amount of talent helps to hide their deficiencies in most games.

I have heard people talk about STA coaching, if it’s anything close to SJC then that is pretty bad. They will get credit for this win...I will assure you the coaching had nothing to do with it. I will say the coaching was the only reason they nearly got beat.
