And ISB wasn’t clowned much actually. It was the teams that scheduled them. B Sycamore tried getting a football program off the ground and be independent. They couldn’t make it happen, and merged their football program with a school in Columbus. With all the drama gone, they took the school name and proceeded to play a 10 game schedule with name brand teams, mixed with some no names. Solid, balanced schedule. Seems like they checked off all their goals regardless of what suckers like you think. Things were bumpy in the beginning because when you are dealing with 40 at risk teens in a short period of time from multiple states, it’s tough to get all your shit together quickly. They were starting from scratch. The adults were able to get it all together in time to create a 10 game schedule with highlighted trips to DC and Florida. They could have called that school anything other than inventing the name of a Bishop. It was a lie to buy credibility where there was none. It was a sucker game to tug on the heart strings of unsuspecting schools and teams to get a schedule up. It was bullshit plain and simple. White lie? Maybe. Good intentions... too soon to tell.
