It should be known that the four, [Mater Dei, St John Bosco, Duncanville, and North Shore] are not your everyday California and Texas teams. Mater Dei and St John Bosco have beaten teams that no one else has been able to and in convincing fashion. North Shore and Duncanville have beaten Texas programs in a manner that no other team has in this states history. All four could make a case in winning State in all 50 states with out the other 3 in their way. What separates Mater Dei and St John Bosco is the fact that they could win all 50 with North Shore and Duncanville in their way. All Texas is stating is that we have teams who can compete nationally.
