Fun fact- There were 3 Ngata brothers. There is an older brother to Joe and Daniyel. He got a D1 ride to Washington and was very good. He even started at Folsom as a freshman, as did the other two. The Ngata family lived in Folsom for over 7 years. Hard to argue the "athletic purposes" argument when you have a boatload of transfer kids attending schools for football, for ONE SEMESTER, and returning to their local school.
