TheRealCAJ
Hoover #19? It can't be defended.
Sammyswordsman
How does the Devil get ranked higher than MV? Devil would lose to RC as well somehow the devil always percolates up by default of waiting for better teams with tougher schedules, to lose

Would be great games. Folsom has blasted Del Oro and Elk Grove, both decent teams. Rancho Cucamonga would beat Folsom by 2-3 scores, just like they did to MV. I've had Hoover ranked high all year. They'll get there chance to prove it tonight.
TheRealCAJ
Not sure Hoover beating McGill-Toolen proves anything. Probably means as much as Evangel Christian beating John Curtis who was ranked all year by several of the polls. Evangel and Hoover both have 2 ugly losses to nationally ranked teams in one poll or another. Hoover and Evangel should be lumped together wherever that would be. Hoover performed far, far better vs Allen than Evangel... Hoover is better by a fair margin.
TheRealCAJ
Prep Nation doesn't even have Hoover Top 15 in the Southeast Region, let alone #19 nationally. Shame on them, I guess. Poll lacks wisdom. Prep Nation

TheRealCAJ
Bishop Sullivan, VA performed far, far, far better vs IMG than Grayson, GA did. What does it mean? Bottom line. Hoover and Evangel both have 2 losses and 3 so-so wins. Hoover's best win will be Mcgill-Toolen if they pull it off. Evangel's best win is Curtis and they still have (12-0) Scotlandville left.
