When Rush was fired at Hoover some of the things in that report were true some not. Once a school board wants to fire a coach rarely do they get stopped. In the Valdosta and Colquitt deals their own school boards turn on them. Some things were true, some not. The board wasn't gonna be swayed either way though. A multitude of people and students went and spoke etc., but, it was all an exercise in futility. The BOE in Valdosta decided it's time to move on, and no reason is really necessary. He isn't fired, they just aren't renewing his 100k dollar contract for another year. Any fighting about it now is just like happened in Moultrie. An exercise in futility.
