Rufus69
The season hasn't started and Grayson just picked up a major "W". The GHSA has announced that all was proper with the transfer of young Mr. Kurt Taylor. NOTHING The Green Meanies maintain all 15 wins and the 2016 Georgia AAAAAAA State Championship. Rumor is....Marietta is jumping up and down with joy. When Fred talks..."people" listen. Rufus>>
FootballGuy
Honestly, what was the big deal about this whole situation? It seems like the 7A coaches and fans were more bothered about this more than anything. Just gotta let the kids be
CCBlackhatter
This should perpetuate a can of worms. But I'm glad Fred, Kurt, and friends get to keep their championship*. ☺
LeftOnBase
The below are some of the loopholes in the GHSA's Constitution and By-laws: (3) The following factors, although not conclusive, may be evidence of relinquishment of the former residence: Selling the residence and vacating it; OR vacating the residence and listing it for sale at a fair market value; OR vacating the residence and leasing it to another (other than a relative) at fair market value; OR abandoning the residence and shutting off the unnecessary utilities. I read somewhere that his Dad threw up a For Sale sign and shut off the utilities, only to return after the season was over. I guess that passed the smell test of the GHSA.?
