After that bullshit that the BOE pulled I couldn't see why any half decent coach would want to coach at a school that is clearly under the county leadership of morons with no clue how to run a daycare much less the winningest program in the country

One biggie, to show up Colquitt County for their idiocy. Best spot to do it from is Valdosta, the one program that has the longest history with Colquitt.

Not exactly the most smart idea I've seen He be better off going to someone like North Gwinnett or Grayson

BUFORDGAWOLVES
CRP is SOWEGA through and through, Coach knows the “lay of the land” Grassroots efforts work better there. Metro is a different animal, new money and highly transient. BGW

Superintendent, Principal, or a coach. I think Colquitt had some of this.

That was his most talented team, and couldn't get it done. This shit is cutthroat, champ. If you don't get the job done at these blue collar schools, yo ass is getting axed! I mean, both Rush and Randy have two titles at their former schools, but when you get to a point where you not winning it all, you begin to tread on thin ice. For all of his successes, it certainly isn’t a lock. I watched his in game decisions blow two straight state title games for cc. old boy can build a program and get the yokels to buy in, literally and figuratively, but at some point he will implode because that’s what he has always done. damn shame because it’d be fun to watch him at the next level. I tend to agree with this to an extent. It's like he has the midas touch, but, it's only good at a location for ten years. After the second day of the eleventh year the touch is reversed and the center can't hold.

Definitely wouldn't work in Cobb, not a spiky haired pseudo guidance counselor type who blames other schools for their own on field results! 2

Cobb schools do love to worry about errrrbody else more than their own. I’ve said for years that’s why no state titles. Too consumed with other coaches. Funny thing is when it was mceachern and others bringing in OOD kids the coaches didn’t say shit. When Marietta didn’t was Katy bar the door. sadly many here have no idea the number of kids others brought in. Too dumb to want to.
