Ga96
Extend eligibility for all spring athletes. Next season for all spring sports is gonna be an all out war. Every top team shout be stacked.
noonereal
they did not increase scholarships so this will be less impact fully than you think... not to mention, disruptive. these athletes only get a few dollars each anyway these are not football athletes

Don’t worry, if this don’t work GSB can always get Dusty to reclassify these kids back to Seniors in HS

So if your a Jr this year sitting behind a Sr waiting for your turn to start next year but a player comes back and you have to sit your Sr yr? Does that kid then get another year? There is trickle down effect to this decision that makes it inherently unfair to any kid that's not a Sr... Redshirting is an option I suppose. Football is different than most other sports in this regard. You are more likely to start as a freshman than as a senior who did not start your junior year. If a senior and freshman are about the same talent... the Freshman will get the nod. If someone has not started for 3 years, they are not likely all that good and have no upside (last year) peace out
