So the money hospitals are getting paid now is disproportionately unrelated to coronavirus. It's standard procedure and is paid through Medicare. A 20% bump was added due to the CARES Act. And that half true is being generous since the vast majority of the "extra" money is not related to the coronavirus. You should take your half-truth and be happy.
