Basically the equivalent of a mistrial and the case getting thrown out. It’s like cops having a fake warrant, kicking in the door of someone they hate, and finding weed. And then arresting them for the weed. Then the guy pleads guilty to the weed But when the investigators determine it was a shady job by dirty cops they drop all charges. It's actually not because Flynn plead guilty and the judge never got to hear the arguments regarding the notes. A lot of legal experts said that the notes would not have swayed the judge and the conviction would have stood. But we'll never know because Barr's corrupt DoJ wanted to make it go away. Flynn committed several crimes. The FBI had the evidence. They presented it to him. He lied about. There was never a hint of indiscretion in any part of Flynn's case. However, there was a system of justice intact for those that could afford it. Well the USA is now officially a Banana Republic. I guess it makes sense since we have gutted our governmental institutions. A sad day, indeed! We now have two basically fascist countries at the apex of the world order, China and the USA.
