Three of those schools are in California and one is Nevada. As public, not private schools, many don't have the money to afford the travel and hotel costs. If the public schools could afford it, I'm sure they would play them. But it's not like the teams I mentioned before are average: they are very good. His family was gifted a house by an NFL player's organization. His family was very poor. He finally got the opportunity to play and he made the most of it at Gainesville High School.
