I personally wouldn't rank a 10-5 7a champ over a 15-0 5a champ.....especially when the 5a has a tough schedule. I mean, I get it.....7a is the big boy championship, but by no means does that mean that they're better than the best team in 6a or 5a. And one can't tell me they'd take the 7a champ over the 6a or 5a because or depth because a lot of the 7a teams have their best players playing both ways. Let's do a hypothetical that Warner Robins runs their schedule, and Valdosta wins 6A having beaten teams like Colquitt, Camden and Lowndes on their way to a title. I'm guessing easily a top ten in the state with that alone unless one of those 3 7A schools makes the semis or higher. Now, let's say that Archer makes the championship game for 7A but loses. I think you have to have Warner Robins as a top 5 for sure. If Warner Robins has beaten eventual state champs Valdosta and Archer, or one of Valdosta's 7A wins was against the eventual 7A champ, it's difficult to argue against a number 1 ranking in GA for the Demons imo considering they beat Valdosta themselves. There is a lot of cross classifications connecting evidence there if the teams on the schedule do well themselves.
