ECHS05
... what NOR aka noonereal doesnt know about Valdosta & Chandler ... 1. Valdosta was better than Don Bosco Prep... as he would say literally because he is stupid enough to quote CalPreps National Rankings... #58 Valdosta GA wouldve beaten #128 Don Bosco Prep NJ ... [2016] Valdosta (GA) 21, [2016] Don Bosco Prep (Ramsey, NJ) 19 and... 2. #12 Chandler wouldve smoked #128 Don Bosco Prep and everyone else in the BNU ... [2016] Chandler (AZ) 35, [2016] Don Bosco Prep (Ramsey, NJ) 20 [2016] Chandler (AZ) 35, [2016] Bergen Catholic (Oradell, NJ) 21[2016] Chandler (AZ) 38, [2016] Paramus Catholic (Paramus, NJ) 28[2016] Chandler (AZ) 35, [2016] St. Joseph Regional (Montvale, NJ) 26[2016] Chandler (AZ) 42, [2016] St. Peter's Prep (Jersey City, NJ) 28 3. Valdosta was better than most of the rest of the BNU and the best public in NJ... [2016] #58 Valdosta (GA) 21, [2016] #142 Bergen Catholic (Oradell, NJ) 20[2016] #58 Valdosta (GA) 28, [2016] #299 DePaul Catholic (Wayne, NJ) 17[2016] #58 Valdosta (GA) 28, [2016] #103 St. Peter's Prep (Jersey City, NJ) 26[2016] #58 Valdosta (GA) 31, [2016] #210 Timber Creek Regional (Erial, NJ) 24 4. You can't defend CalPreps and then not accept what it says about who is better. I on the other hand, believe it nonsense. But on this one, I side with you NOR. 5. Why does NOR constantly try to insert New Jersey into conversations about elite states? Its fairly pitiful. 6. How hypocritical is it to call out Valdosta.... while promoting a state where every team is inferior to Valdosta?

The BNU teams would present a matchup issue for Chandler. I take calpreps with a grain of salt.

AztecPadre
Chandler vs most of the BNU would be matchup problems for Chandler. BNU teams in general are tougher and well coached teams that can hang if not beat good to great OOS teams. Arizonas top teams are not BNU level. Most years that is. AztecPadre
I really hope nobody is trying to compare Valdusted with BNU teams. Not even a fair fight.

It's been awhile, but I recall Chandler playing Massillon in 2006. Massillon won 35-26 (35-20 before a garbage time TD) Chandler proceeded to go 13-1 and torch Arizona...while Massillon finished 7-5.

Chandler very fast and talented team. But BUN teams play tougher d and tackle much better. Would be fun games to watch.

Chandler of 2006 compared to Chandler of 2017 are 2 completely different programs.

I think last year, emphasis on last year, I'd favor Chandler over DBP. I however do not think they were good enough to go through the BNU gauntlet without a couple losses. Not sure I'd favor Chandler vs PC, SJR, etc. Even against DBP it would be a very good game IMO.

Thats tough to say. Competition was way different between the 2 teams. Chandler does not play a BNU schedule. AZ is coming up tho in hsfb no doubt. With Sag and MP and Cen10 and Chandler they are mos def up there. Top 5 AZ hsfb teams > Top 5 GA teams. Like 3-2 in favor of AZ. GOSPEL!! At least for last year. My point is I don't view Chandler as being better than the BNU teams like CP showed. Yes, maybe I'd slightly favor them over DBP, but I wouldn't bet money on it. Basically I'd put Chandler on the level of a solid BNU team, but it's all speculation on my part.

They were always a talented team but never could get over the hump and beat Hamilton. Last 3/4 years they have become a national power (top 25) is what I mean.
