LBSU is the 49ers. LB Poly the high school is the Jackrsbbits. Dirtbags is the unofficial name for the baseball team. Goes back to 89' when a Dave Snow was the coach. They had a gritty team with no stadium and practiced on a pony league all dirt/skin infield. Their state of play and the fact the players were full of dirt after practice they started calling themselves the dirtbags. Good program. Had the chance to play there out of junior college and opted to stay closer to home, still kick myself for that move.
