In all my years on this earth ive never heard of anyone being able to choose where they want to go to prison.

My boy  who is black got to choose his prison, they were gonna send him to prison down south , and he said that’s a 6 hour trip for his family to see him, since he was a non violent offender they granted him a prison closer to his family

I heard that OJ Simpson butchered his ex-wife and a waiter and was found not guilty.

Maybe that's why so many left-leaning intellectuals think that the BLM movement is fundamentally misguided. There is systematic injustice in our country, but it's not about race; it's about class.

It has often been argued that the move from indentured servitude to chattel slavery in early America was motivated by the fear that poor whites and poor blacks would unite against the wealthy landowners to whom they were in servitude.

Lol I was thinking that, didn’t OJ  straight up kill someone then went on a slow speed police chase escort to his house And still wind up being set free .. it’s not about what color you are , it’s about who you know , and how much money you got

except what this thread is about, because it’s silly , @LiberalDonaldTrump Has been down state, when your in prison for a non violent felony you get way more leeway when it comes to where you can serve your time, shit if I was 10 years older I could have had a choice to serve my time on a Farm where they send the older non violent offenders , where you work all day making bread and pumping milk for all the prisons in the state

Bolded is bingo LOL

Not so sure about "all" of society there tho ....

like say the BLM activist part 🤣

But I think it's safe to say it's been T's entire history,

to see green over skin color 🤷‍♂️

PS: of course your bolded statement should be prefaced by "mostly" as there are always exceptions....

Like race favoring quotas, and preferential racial treatment... written into our institutional law..... 🙄

Its crazy. I heard Australia has a pretty good prison situation though.

The prison system in the USA, while it varies from state to Federal and even within Federal, is by and large the worst in the developed world. You would need to go to some pretty messed up places in the world to see systems that are routinely worse.

The prison system works for people who really want to change for the other animals in there they should execute them

Let me ask you a question: It is pretty clear NKLA's founder committed massive financial fraud. If he is convicted, should he be executed? Just curious.

Absolutely. I love the death penalty should be used extensively

I follow execution nights on twitter and such. Its such an event.

U asked i gave u my opinion

Why not execute him. Why keep him alive. He's a criminal

I only support the death penalty in certain cases of murder. Mass killings or torturing the victim before killing them come to mind. For other crimes, I support time in prison depending on the gravity of the crime and prior arrest record.

But according to a post before our prison system sucks and only makes them worse than what they were to begin with

So if we executed every prisoner they would have 0 chance of becoming worse

I dont believe its that hard not to commit crimes in life so when u do 99.9% of the time its absolutely deliberate
