My problem with Biden is, well, I'll use the Democrats words when McCain ran for President, "He is to old and fragile". Harris isn't ready as seen last night in the debates to take over. My biggest problem with the age argument is people act like both our candidates aren't some oldheads... Trump is what 70+ Trumps old too and I have my doubts about Pence being a suitable replacement where something to happen to Trump.. I think as a whole we need younger candidates... which leads into another thing no one wants to talk about. Our politics are dominated by the older generation and thats not solely a fault of the older generation part of my generation is just blatantly oblivious to the politics that go on in our country... Ive heard some people say "I dont like Politics,I dont want it in my life" the reality is no matter how much you do or don't like it it will always play a role in your life and effect you... "voting doesn't matter" that's a lie that gets spread around... though the electoral college makes it feel that damn way for sure... Like I said my generation has not helped our own case being defeated or giving up before we even try... and the thing is... alot of older voters like it this way... especially those that are typically conservatively aligned... Truth is most younger voters are bound to be liberal/democratic... not to say there's no young conservatives but they aren't as loud. That being said leads into another thing... Our political systems are hypocritical... a fuck ton of finger pointing and rarely any actual solutions.... Republicans accuse Biden of being a pedo,corrupt and a liar... But then wtf is Trump? Who has also had all the same things thrown at him but his base will defend him till their dying breath but he wouldn't do the same for them.... Most of our politicians are in it for themselves.... The republican party has been blatantly bent over backwards by Trump to fit his agenda and the Democrats are dazed and confused...
