The above is sound advice but it still doesn't mean that people should be killed. That is why we have courts, lawyers, and judges. It's a broken system but better than having cops decide if somebody should die. There have been many instances (going back centuries) of people being killed without cause. They clearly state what they are about and why the came to be.
