BTW: you know the difference between a red tailed hawk and a red shouldered hawk?

Pair of red shouldered were hanging out this morning...here you go 😁

BB is totally alright. I think that he knows that I am ...passionate (for lack of a better word) and respect him. He’s a good dude no doubt.
....Awesome video. Just watching them mellowed me out. I’ve got a family of falcons living in the tree a couple of houses down...but very few if any of the big raptors like hawks or eagles. Still looking though. Seriously....thank you for sharing that vid. Totally cool.

Trump loses another one.

Pennsylvania judge throws out Trump lawsuit aimed at preventing PA from certifying the election results.

Judge Brann writes the following:

"One might expect that when seeking such a startling outcome, a plaintiff would come formidably armed with compelling legal arguments or factual proof..."

But they didn't.

Trump is playing Chess, not Checkers. The quicker these lower courts dispose of these suits, the quicker they can get to the US Supreme Court, which is the goal. Time is short here, and they need to move this along. Why would you want to drag out the lower court cases if you're Trump? Take a dive in the lower courts and advance.

There’s no way your post will end up looking pretty stupid in a few weeks though. No way, for sure.

All the great legal scholars always suggest the best path to get a case in your favor on the SC is to make the stupidest possible case possible in lower courts, fail miserably, and tweet...a lot.

Trump should make you a special advisor after he’s sworn in, in 21’.

Michigan lawmakers who met with Trump on Friday said that they "have not yet been made aware of any information that would change the outcome of the election in Michigan..."

In response to the above quote regarding the meeting, Trump tweeted, "This is true, but much different than the media reported. We will show massive and unprecedented fraud!"

The Michigan State Board of Canvassers is scheduled to meet at 1 pm on Monday to certify the election results, which they expect to do, since all 83 of Michigan's counties have already done so.

It's still not clear why Trump and his team are refusing to present their evidence in court.

You pose a basic straightforward question about evidence and the courts and not a single post addressing this.  Apparently everything starts and ends with the media.

Everything is a lie unless it comes from right wing media or Trump.  No evidence presented = obvious cheating and fraud and to not see it is to be complicit.  IMO, a very unreasonable position to take.

Evidence is for losers.  The same can be said for preventing witnesses who could exonerate you while being impeached.  He is consistently stupid...and still almost won.  SMDH

Still hard to believe that a person as stupid as Trump could ever become President of anything.

only a couple lines of code in those vote tallying systems, and you could dial up whatever results you like....

so far the  "evidence" is the creating company's own cut bait and run response.

if that is the case i will wait for the forensics of the code, or the hard count results.

Most of the other numerous claims would be considered negligible and meaningless by comparison.

still hard to believe that any person is still stupid enough not to see that...

hope this helps 👍

Trump and his legal team have distanced themselves from Sidney Powell after her Saturday interview with Newsmax, in which she suggested that Georgia's Republican governor and his Republican secretary of state were both part of the voting-system conspiracy.

In the Saturday interview, she claimed that both Republicans were paid by Dominion and that "We've got tons of evidence. It's so much, it's hard to put it all together." She promised that Trump's upcoming GA election lawsuit would be "biblical."

On Sunday, Rudy Giuliani issued a statement that Powell was not part of the Trump Legal Team and is practicing law on her own.

saw that...

one would expect people on both sides to be nailed if auditing were done properly.

Probably about as much chance they get swept up in this, as anyone else.

will wait to see on this one as well, but politically the distancing makes sense, when you lead and 'half your side' probably has their hands in the cookie jar as well...

🤷‍♂️
