Not saying their opponents do it the wrong way or all teams who do it the right way are good. Just shouting out SLC and WL. They aren’t broiled in controversy. They have program stability and don’t need 100 transfers to remain relevant. They bring their kids up from the middle school, freshman and JV ranks. They don’t wait until neighboring studs achieve their 4th star before recruiting them to take the place of some kid who worked their tail off for 3 years. They are well respected programs in Texas and around the country.
