My freshman year I came in at around 160 and by my senior year I was right around 180. I was slamming all the Herbalife protein we got from MD and ate like a mad man but I couldn’t gain much weight. I played receiver so it wasn’t too big of an issue. The only time on the field I remember wishing I was heavier is when I got manhandled by a backer from Poly. I drink Orgain protein powder shakes with oat milk twice a day and eat nuts/lentils/quinoa along with the veggies.
