Lifting a 3000 pound anchor

Anyone ever heard of Angus Macaskill? He was the tallest ever natural giant at 7'9" and weighed 600 pounds in his adult years. He was able to lift a 3000 pound anchor to chest height and walk down a wharf with it. He also tore a oak boat apart with his bare hands and was able to carry a 350 pound barrel of pork under each arm. Supposedly he could eat several pounds of chicken fried steak in one sitting. Anyone ever heard of him?

Yeah, a huge fan and defender of Buford…. But more in the 7’ range and half the weight.

Time will increase the legendary status I’ve heard.
