Manatee finished #68 that season. DLS and Katy were far better than JCC that season. #*

Perhaps after a Ned Freeman scaled adjustment or two since 2012.
I’ll add a link shortly for your review from that season here.  Just need to find it.  That was pre-Freeman scaled adjustments and also reflect rankings by the major polls the entire 2012 season.

Choose Dec 6th to see. Naturally, they’ll drop after an upset loss, but they had the majority of 1’s prior to the STA game.

Because they had to play STA on the road.

This doesn't account for your silly claim about the downfall of their program starting when they lost a close regular season game to Bosco.

In boxing and mma a devastating KO can change an individual fighter for the worse. Too many examples to cite. Football is a team sport, with a constantly changing roster. So the idea that one loss can cripple a program is dopey.

It won't. He's still connected to the program in a big way. This was in the works for many months. It's a one-year sabatical from what I was told. The plan is to be back at SFA for the 2022 season.

So he knew they would suck this year and knows they will be loaded next year.  I see u Biff.

They do reclass a few kids each year. They're still technically sanctioned by the MIAA and MIAA rules on the matter are essentially "don't be 20 or older when the school year starts."  It's not unheard of among the Maryland privates, but they usually do it before high school. Having a kid go through 8th grade in the public school system and then enter your school as an 8th grader is the most common way to go about it. SFA and Avalon (an equally shady, but much less well-funded program in Montgomery County that produced Trevon Diggs and others) are the only ones I know that do it with kids who've already started high school. It puts the kids at risk of being ineligible with the NCAA as well, as you have 4 years from when you start high school to get all of your Clearinghouse requirements knocked out or you risk an automatic academic redshirt.

@eaglesinsider explained it best.

Does the league accept 5th year seniors?

I’m not sure how many 5th year seniors are on SFA’s roster. It is very late to transfer out for eligibility in 2021. We will see how that pans out soon.

More 5th year seniors on SFA’s roster than there are at MD, SJB, BG, DLS, and any other HIGH SCHOOL combined.

"Pink shirting" goes on all over America. More and more privates are becoming Grades 8-12 schools just for this reason. Please stop already.

It does not go on all over America. I’ve yet to hear of any privates out here going 8-12. Please just tell the truth already. How many reclassified kids?

Not one player on the SFA roster will turn 19 years of age before September 1, 2021. They adhere to the same rules that all MIAA and WCAC teams do. Stop making excuses. You must be very worried about that DLS game on 10/1. Holy moly!

I’m not worried about anything that goes on at DLS. I do think it’s completely pathetic that st Frances reclassifies kids and allows them to stay in high school for 5 years. No matter how you try and pimp it, it’s soft.

Not true. If that were the case why are local teams like GC and Franklin MD scheduling them? Think.

Please tweet them back and let them know that SFA doesn’t accept PGs. Thx.

The run around is annoying. You could answer honestly and be done with it. You know they’re reclassifying, not graduating and coming back as a PG. Although they might as well just do that. Reclassifying kids so they can stay 5 years in HS doesn’t happen at any school out here.
