Because your active case numbers are world wide and your vaccinated rate is wrong.

42.3% of the world is vaccinated.  53% rate in the United States

And if you look at this chart, you'll see at the peak of 2020 active cases, the America's were helping to drive it.  The 2021 numbers are being driven by South East Asia and Europe, while the American numbers have dropped.
