When Bienemy can be an offensive coordinator for a team with a solid not great QB, and do special stuff, then we'll talk. Bienemy wasn't even calling plays for a long time. You're taking the Marvin Lewis approach. Well he coached a great unit (defense for Lewis), so he's a top candidate nevermind he has great players all around him. This type of stuff is no longer socially acceptable, and, what evil is done in the dark tends to have a way of finding the light. This guy had years worth of not only thinking this way, but, literally thinking about it, typing it out and reading it and then pressing send. It's not some "mistake" made in passing. It's a thought process with him, that he was content enough with to send to others. He resigned because he knows it's unacceptable in society today.
