ChimpGrip
When you're chasing a goal and striving to achieve something or want to be the best in the world, how do you handle setbacks? When you've stayed consistent and doing everything or most everything right and then you start regressing? And as a bad habit, I often compare myself to the very best at whatever it is I'm doing. So in the case of building a start-up, I compare myself to Tilman Fertitta. Or with weight training, to Kirill Sarychev, previous raw bench record holder and freak of nature. How do I not do this? And how do you handle setbacks and frustrations? I know anger and blaming it on "lack of talent", bad genetics, or whatever is not the answer. One thing about 'character' it's not what you do, when things are good that will carry you in life. It's the choices you make, when things are bad... Just sayin' 🤷♂️ PS: you shouldn't worry about your "position", (the pitfall trap of "comparison" 👎 ) just make sure that your choices, have you in the right "direction" ☝️ That is what matters most. 🤓
