Rufus>> That's a pretty fair drink. It was modeled after Pliny The Elder from Russian River by Eric Kirschner as he helped get Pretoria Fields off the ground. I like Pliny better after having actually got to try one. Pliny is much more heady. They're on about their fourth brewmaster now in as many years. The last one just quit recently, but the new guy Windham cut his teeth on brewing right there, so, maybe he's the right fit. I did enjoy his German releases yesterday for Oktoberfest.
