Even Cincinnati being 13-0 will be tough to make the playoffs.

Georgia is basically already in that is 1 spot gone even if they lose the SEC title game.

A big 10 team example Mich State wins out they are in a 1 loss Ohio State team is in. That is 2 spots.

If Alabama wins out they are in that is 3 spots.

Oklahoma wins out they are in 4th spot.

Teams who could get in over Cincinnati and other possibilities

13-0 Wake Forest power 5

12-1 Oregon power 5

You may see Ohio State win the big 10 title game in an overtime game over Mich State both could make it you would have Ohio St 12-1 and Michigan st at 12-1.

Alabama wins out including the SEC title game then both Georgia and Alabama are in.

Outside shot

Ok State or Baylor

Notre Dame

You're forgetting...

None of these schools are SEC schools they aren't going to get the same special treatment as Alabama did or will...

If anything Alabama should be treated better. Wait and see if a power blue blood does not get in over Cincinnati.  Ohio State ends up 12-1 they are a lock.

When has Alabama been given anything and was proven to be a mistake?

I agree with you. But, are there 3 teams flat out better than Alabama?
Georgia is and Ohio state may be, but I would bet 6 figures on Alabama against Oklahoma, Cincy, Oregon, etc.

If the CFP committee is after the best 4 teams, Alabama is in. If they aren’t, Cincy or whomever else will get a spot.

I agree. Got to be Georgia’s year. But if they choke I think the Tide is best suited to win. Look at the Tides roster. So young. Will and Bryce could go #1 & #2 in the 2023 draft. Ever happened before? @HooverOutlaw

The Bama offense ain't the problem...

Bama defense is a liability this season

I agree. I watched Pete Golding get flat out out-coached twice in person this year. Saban should’ve fired him after Florida.

I will say as bad as Golding has been, Bill Obriens red zone play calling against A&M cost them that game. Had so many opportunities to put it away. Agree? @HooverOutlaw

The score during that Tennessee game is a deception because Tennessee gave Bama a hell of a time...

And like I said Auburn beating Alabama is a very real possibility this season

I still think there's a chance Auburn beats the tide

Anything can happen at Auburn.

Problem in that  game is Alabama used to be 80% kids from Alabama that game meant something to them now it is only 30% or so. They don't play as hard and not 100% invested in the Auburn game as home grown kids. Saban is also not good in games that get chaotic and plus  some fluke things have happened.

In 1250 games played Alabama has had a fg returned for a td 1 time Auburn 2013.

In 1250 games Alabama has thrown 2 pick 6s in a game 1 time Auburn 2019.

Auburn pulls miracles at times but dumb coaching has added them. In 2019 Alabama has it 1st and goal at the 4 instead of running it 4 times with Najee Harris they throw it for a pick 6 a 14 point swing.
