The lawyers have been advised by the judge that those Rittenhouse shot are not be referred to as victims. They could however be called criminals, looters or rioters. The judge say's this is the way he handles these type cases. How many of these has he presided over? Is this normal there? Does this not prejudice the jury? Does it say the bench is prejudiced? Opening statements took place this morning with the defense claiming self defense while the prosecution claiming he went looking for trouble and of all the chaos that night, Rittenhouse is the only person to kill someone. I don't get the posturing. All the victims were white. Is the black population so low as only one juror candidate qualify for.jury duty?
