As long as Georgia don't come in over confident and thinking like that...

They need to come in hungry and chip on the shoulder. Not strutting like they've won before the game even happens.

Jay Ward (Colquitt County) with the pop on Mater Dei!......Jay Ward played very well and has this year. About the only member of the LSU secondary NOT to get hurt this year.

If Bryce Young keeps doing that he won't make it 2 or 3 more years at Alabama. lol

He's not built for it.

Our defense misses the Ward brothers. Those kids are head hunters and will fucking destroy a ball carrier.

There will be more upsets this season just wait.

I think what starting happening to Coach Bear Bryant in the 80-81 seasons is showing signs in Saban. At some point the drive of working 80 hours a week starts to diminish.

That's as hard as Young has been popped in his entire career....to his credit he got right up and won the game.

He will be sore tomorrow though and thinking about it a little.

Having a kid like Ward in the secondary changes the game for wide receivers. Not only is he pretty damn good at coverage, but, the receivers have the thought that he's going to take their head off if they do catch it. Puts them off their game.

He and his brother both have amazing closing speed and will totally sacrifice their own body to get the tackle.

Wrong again slim! Ward was knocked out of the ucla game and missed two or three games after that.

Bumps and bruises don't count. He was on the field last night....11 other Tigers weren't.

""He's day by day. I think he's going to be fine," Orgeron said on 104.5 ESPN Baton Rouge. "He has a regular injury that you get in football, but nothing that's going to keep him out for a long period of time. Obviously, Jay is a good football player and he does make a difference."
