ChimpGrip
Would it be ok or a risk of injury to do thousands of reps on calves exercises a week to make them grow? Or is that asking for an injury? My training has plateaued, especially my bench press and Grip Work.

There’s an obvious way to train calves that I can’t believe I’m just now remembering Also, have you ever been to the beaches here in Texas? Or the ones in Florida? I would go Fla all day long, but Texas meh

Pro volleyball players hate it as it takes a half foot off their jump LOLOL. 🏖️ PS: other parts are pure dirt LOL, but with so many variations, really depends on your preference... ...fine is nice like the white powdered sugar sand in clearwater Fla, but what is nice on your toes isn't always what is nicest all around... BTW: never really hung at the beaches in Texas, but I hear they have a couple freighters go by to give you some actual waves haha...🌊

Best Pizza? I’ve only seen the NJ beaches in movie backgrounds. I believe it was in The Sopranos once? And we get decent waves but the water is total shit because of the Mississippi River. And the sand is trash too. I like the Florida white sand, easy to walk and run on. Don’t want brown sand on my feet either.

BUFORDGAWOLVES
Overuse injuries is a possibility. You are gifted with certain physical traits. Some say heavy heavy East eat right foods, some say variety supersets and max intensity. If it gives you joy, do it…. Enjoy while you can and young enough to do it. bgw
